Dr. Nguyen is an associate professor of mechanical engineering at the University of Connecticut who is an innovator, nine-time patent holder, and research leader who has raised over $5M in grant and private funding. Thanh founded two start-up companies and has an extensive pharmaceutical and private industry network.

Linh has over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship in deep tech startups He was trained as PhD in material science before embarking entrepreneurship journey. He currently holds ten patents worldwide and is an active investor, mentor and advisor for startups in the field. Prior to that, he received his MS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University and BS in Chemistry from Vietnam National University.
